At Boulting Environmental Services we are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees and of any other person who may be affected by our operations. This commitment which starts from the very top has resulted in an excellent safety record and choosing BES is the safer choice for your business.
We have developed a sophisticated safety management system, however it is the culture and commitment of our employees which sets us apart from our competitors. All of our site managers, supervisors, engineers and project managers are trained to the highest level and as a minimum have passed a 4 day IOSH ‘Managing Safely’ course which acts as the foundation and their knowledge is further developed through a modular training programme.
We are also aware of the importance of our supply chain and therefore in addition to our own rigorous pre-qualification procedure we also require all sub contractors to undergo independent 3rd party SHE accreditation e.g. CHAS, Achilles etc
Fully conversant with the CDM Regulations 2007 we often carry out the role of Principal Contractor and all of our staff are fully trained and conversant with the latest regulations.
Our Safety management System has been developed to meet HSG65 and we are working toward both OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001 accreditation.
