Quality Assurance

Boulting Environmental Services are one of the few ISO9001:2000 certified specialist design and build companies with all key development functions in house.

Although the 2000 standard moved the emphasis to continuous improvement our quality system is underpinned through our comprehensive Quality Management System.

As you can see from the pie chart the operating procedures and the associated forms are grouped into the various stages of the project as it progress from tendering stage to handover.

The operating procedures give detailed guidance and instruction on how key tasks are to be carried out and in each case are supported by a flow chart.
