The project comprised of 3 No ISO7 Cleanrooms associated Dispensary and HVAC plantroom including internal fit out, HVAC, piped services, electrical services and commissioning.
New stud/plasterboard walls were erected along with new underground drainage, ucrete flooring, sterile wall finishes and metal ceilings.
The HVAC system incorporated a new steam fed air handling unit and associated extract fans.
Pressure sensitive control dampers were used to guarantee containment within the rooms in the event of possible extract flow failures without compromising the classification of the Cleanrooms.
New piped services were installed including nitrogen, compressed air, borehole water and breathing air.
