HVAC & Building Services

Boulting Environmental Services provide a wide range of specialist HVAC and Building Services.

As part of the BES ‘Turnkey Solution’ we will often incorporate our specialist HVAC and Building Services capability as an integral section within a laboratory or Cleanroom project.

However, we can also offer our services for any dedicated stand alone HVAC project, whether this is an upgrade to an existing facility or if you are changing the functionality or use of a building. We can design, install, commission and where necessary validate complete HVAC systems.

Our design engineers have all round experience and will not only carry out the detailed design but will maintain close involvement with all engineering aspects of the installation through to commissioning.

Additionally, we also have fully qualified Energy Assessors who assist the project team to ensure compliance with the new Part L Building Regulations. Our assessors are involved throughout the project to qualify the construction on site and provide all the necessary documentation including the required Energy Performance Certificates.

We can tailor our design input to suit the project requirements and can offer anything from front end scope and engineering definition to detailed design and final co-ordination for construction.
