Commissioning & Validation

We provide a full commissioning service, from pre-commissioning checks of all plant and equipment through to final setting to work and proving of mechanical and electrical systems.

All our commissioning works are carefully programmed to ensure the project team are kept fully aware of timescales for witnessing of test results and issuing of final documentation to ensure a smooth transition from handover to beneficial occupation.

Where validation is a requirement, our testing and validation manager will prepare the protocols, working closely with the project team and our supply chain to ensure clear information and efficient execution.

Validation requirements will be determined and carried out in accordance with FDA regulations and Guidelines and cGMP.

Working within highly regulated industries we have consequently developed procedures and documentation to support the rigorous validation processes which often apply. Our validation engineers can write and execute DQ, IQ and OQ protocols associated with the HVAC, specialist water systems and the cleanroom construction itself. We have the capability to take on the lead role in the validation process or we can provide a supporting role to the Client’s validation team where required.

As a Design and Build specialist we will ensure that the correct design and installation procedures are followed throughout the project to allow efficient execution of the Validation process, at all stages.
