Feasibility Studies & Front End Design

We will work closely with end users and your project team to develop User Requirement Specifications which will act as the basis for the production of Feasibility and Option studies, Facility Analysis, Concept Designs and Budget costing exercises.

We can evaluate existing services and the load requirements for any proposed development.

A detailed report would be developed which may incorporate the following information:

• Facility layout proposals, including Material and personnel flow diagrams.
• Facility specification encompassing architectural, HVAC, Mechanical & electrical elements.
• High level planning and programming information.
• Block plant layouts
• Budget proposals
• Value Engineering Assessments
