Boulting Environmental Services have in-house CIBSE accredited Energy Assessors who can produce the necessary certification and the advice that you as a building owner require.

Our Energy Assessors are experienced building services engineers and low carbon practitioners, who have considerable experience in offering services with a direct link to energy certifications and energy reduction.

BES accredited Low Carbon Energy Assessors are able to:

• Produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’S) for construction, sale or rented properties.
• Produce Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s)
• Carry out Air Conditioning Inspections
• Sign off building emissions calculations for building control officers
• Carry out Energy Surveys
• Advise on the most cost effective means of energy reduction
• Introduce low and zero carbon technologies
• Calculate costs and payback periods using various cost models
• Provide the competency needed to improve a building’s energy performance
