Christian has supported BES across a wide range of operational and strategic areas, with particular strength in site leadership, SHEQ management, resource planning and pre‑construction activity. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, including 15 years with BES, he brings deep practical knowledge and consistency of delivery to every stage of a project lifecycle.

Initially joining BES as a Construction Manager, Christian has overseen many of our most successful projects, including high‑grade sterile suites, QC laboratories and validated warehouse facilities. His leadership style, technical expertise and commitment to quality made his progression into senior operational roles a natural step.

Now operating as Associate Construction Director, Christian provides leadership across the business and has responsibility for operations in the South of the country, overseeing delivery within several complex, high‑tech and highly regulated environments. He plays a key role in SHEQ oversight, resource management and pre‑construction planning, ensuring projects are robustly resourced, safely delivered and consistently executed.

Christian works closely with site teams to maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance, while driving efficiencies and standardisation across BES sites. He is also closely involved in initial site set‑up, logistics planning, and chairs all constructability reviews, working alongside the SHEQ team to maintain and continuously improve BES’s quality and safety systems.
Our project delivery is strengthened by Christian’s combination of hands‑on construction experience, formal SHE and GMP training, and a collaborative approach that gives reassurance to both clients and delivery teams.
