Mark joined BES in November 2005. With extensive experience in commercial management. He has worked with a wide range of contract forms and models, including NEC, JCT, IChemE, and bespoke Alliance and Target Cost contracts. He has significant experience working on projects of various sizes and complexities, with values reaching up to £100 million.

In his role, Mark works with the Project Managers, ensuring all commercial activities are managed and costs are closely monitored through various reporting templates.

Mark plays a key role in interacting with the client’s project controls team, ensuring that all the needs and expectations are met in a collaborative manner.

He has close involvement with the development, review, and implementation of project contracts, overseeing contract administration and proactively managing change control and risk.

Mark also leads a commercial team responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from estimating and procurement through to sub-contractor and supplier management. He ensures cost reports, applications, and invoices are produced and issued in full compliance with contract terms, supporting the smooth and successful delivery of projects.
