Michaela has over 10 years experience in the construction industry and extensive knowledge of working with large national contractors where she has provided assistance on all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) related matters.

During her time with BES, Michaela has managed the transition to the ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards, including implementation of all improvements and training on new processes and procedures.

As an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor Michaela has both the knowledge and experience to manage and develop our integrated SHEQ system.

Michaela communicates her in depth knowledge across the business, ensuring compliance throughout our offices and sites; whilst helping BES meet their strategic SHEQ objectives.

Focused on ‘Exceeding Expectations’, is evident in Michaela’s drive for continual improvement, she works closely with both the Client and the BES team to help our projects run smoothly and effectively.
