As a founder of the company Steve takes enormous pride in the successful development of the business. His hands on approach and attention to detail set the company on the right path and the business has grown from strength to strength under his leadership.

Graduating from UClan in 1992 Steve is a Building Services Engineer by training but with over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction of cleanrooms and laboratories he has a strong technical knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life science market.

Steve has a clear vision for the business which is based on ‘adding value’ and exceeding clients’ expectations. This vision is underpinned by the culture he has built, which is based on teamwork, collaboration and a ‘can do’ mentality.

Steve recognises that the strength of the business comes from the people we employ and is committed to the training and development of our team.

Having joined the industry as a 16 year old school leaver himself, Steve takes great pride in the development of our own apprentices, watching their progression and growing impact on the business.
