As Business Support Manager, Vanessa has wide range of responsibilities including the efficient running of the office as a whole.

 

Vanessa has driven business improvement throughout the organisation and has introduced numerous improvement initiatives, which have helped us deliver a more efficient service to our customers.    

 

She joined as part of the start-up team in 2002 and has grown with the business to become an essential part of the company and a key member of the senior team.   

 

Vanessa’s development can be measured in a number of areas, not least in the management accounts, which she prepares meticulously and in a timely manner each month. 

 

Time management and organizational skills are used to full effect on a daily basis in managing her team to meet the ever-changing demands of a fast growing business and ensure our operations continue to run smoothly.
