Last week we held BES business review meetings in Rochdale office to update our full team on the business and give everyone opportunity to provide feedback on various aspects of the company. 

Great to share good news about the business being in good shape with turnover in excess of 40 million and many exciting projects ahead. Trading for 17 years and now employing 120 people we use these meetings and social events to build teamwork and maintain our collaborative culture. 

We think it’s important for the whole company, including our Milton Keynes team and site based staff, to get together every few months to discuss all aspects of the business including safety, quality, design and site operations. We encourage open and honest feedback and these sessions always result in some new ideas and suggestions which help further improve our current operations and practices.
