Working in operational facilities, without affecting Business as Usual can be extremely challenging. BES are accustomed to working in these areas and bring a level of expertise that surpasses any others.
Stakeholder liaison is key to ensure that the activities can be coordinated seamlessly with the ongoing operations.
However, the prime objective is to segregate the areas to ensure that Operator safety, environmental conditions and cleanliness are maintained within the operational areas. We provide excellent segregation of these areas by means of purpose designed temporary partitions which provide air tightness and fire protection. Constructed utilizing fire line board on the construction side, and cleanable melamine on the operational side, the partitions have been constructed to a height of over 9m. Additional insulation is added to provide thermal protection and noise suppression where required.
In operational pharmaceutical facilities, all of these factors remain critical even when construction works are required. At BES we recognize this as a fundamental design requirement.
