Design, construction, commissioning and validation of a new cGMP Grade B Cleanroom Manufacturing Facility including the refurbishment of existing manufacturing suites within a fully operational facility.
As well as carrying out the detailed design and construction of the main Grade B cleanrooms, we were also tasked with carrying out significant improvements to the existing facility without any disruption to the Clients ongoing production.
Our design team worked closely with the Clients project and user teams to achieve the final detailed design incorporating uniform 1000 lux lighting levels, active pressure control, bespoke heavy duty benching and fully vinyled rooms. The construction work within the operational areas was completed out of hours with shift rotation management and was meticulously planned with a clear and specific contingency strategy agreed up front to ensure production was available at the re-start of the shift, all of which was completed to plan without any disruption to the Clients operations.
