Our Solution

We delivered a full turnkey solution, acting as both principal designer and principal contractor to manage the project end-to-end. The scheme was phased to allow the existing pharmacy to remain operational, with the new facility commissioned first to enable a seamless transition. We also refurbished a redundant office space into a state-of-the-art chemotherapy aseptic suite, then transformed the vacated pharmacy into a new ATMP-ready aseptic suite. Using BIM, 3D modelling, and VR walkthroughs, the team streamlined design coordination and stakeholder engagement. Regulatory compliance and validation were embedded from the outset, ensuring a smooth approval process.
