Leading the team is Marcus Francis, Architectural Principal and Design Manager at BES. Marcus has extensive experience in architectural design and facility planning, with a focus on complex cleanroom and laboratory environments, including pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. He oversees projects from the initial concept stage through to detailed design and on-site delivery, working closely with clients and construction teams to ensure their requirements are fully understood and delivered to the highest standards.

In the studio, Our team develops layouts, maps out strategies, and creates 3D models to visualise how a cleanroom or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility will function. On site, Marcus ensures that the design intent is realised accurately, meeting the rigorous standards required in pharmaceutical facilities.
