We are delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Marsh to MD of BES with immediate effect, reinforcing both BGEN and M Group's continuing strategy to promote and develop talent from within, wherever possible.

With a distinguished 30-year career in the construction industry, Paul has played a pivotal role over the past 23 years in transforming BES into a leading provider for the pharmaceutical and life science sectors.

As a member of the original founding team, Paul began his journey in HVAC design, earning an honours degree from UMIST before transitioning into project management. Rising through the ranks from BES’s Project Manager to Director, then COO, he now serves as Managing Director for BES.

Paul's responsibilities include enhancing BES's organisational resilience and ensuring world-class project delivery, while maintaining service consistency. He is deeply committed to developing talent and fostering BES's collaborative culture.

Adopting a pragmatic leadership style, Paul inspires his team to execute exceptional projects and achieve outstanding client satisfaction, emphasising strong relationships and collaborative work practices.
