Following the completion of a detailed design phase, BES have successfully negotiated a £13 million contract to construct a new Research and Development facility for a global specialty pharmaceutical business and world leader in the treatment of opoid addiction.

BES are currently constructing a new research and development facility on an existing brownfield site in Hull. As a part of the planning considerations we have been working in partnership with the client's Ecological Clerk of Works (ECW) to create a very specific type of landscaping scheme with an open mosaic and invertebrate attractive habitat.

Secured in competition we are pleased to report that we are currently carrying out a £500,000 design commission for a new Research and Development facility on a brownfield site in Hull. The new 2 storey facility will provide in excess of 5,000 square meters of accommodation for over 100 personnel including ISO7 & ISO8 cleanrooms and specialist laboratories together with office space, meeting rooms and restaurants.
